- How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment please call the rehab office at whichever hospital is closer to you. For Lake Norman the number is: (704)660-4470. The Davis Regional number is: (704)838-7620. Please note that doctor's prescription is required for evaluation and treatment.
- How will I know if my insurance covers my therapy?
You will want to contact your insurance provider to see if speech therapy is a covered service. Our office staff will also request benefit information from your insurance company and discuss this with you prior to an evaluation. In the event that insurance benefits are not available, private pay arrangements can be made.
- How is therapy conducted?
Our therapy sessions are individual, meaning one-on-one with patient and speech therapist. Each therapist has their own treatment room, so that therapy can be conducted in an environment that optimizes attention to task, concentration and patient privacy.
